Grievance Redressal Mechanism
As per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and guidelines of the Press Council of India, Vajra Baan has established the following system:

- Complaints must be sent in writing with details of the disputed content.
- The grievance officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
- Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 15 days.
- If a correction/removal is required, it will be done promptly.
Legal jurisdiction remains with the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
