Grievance Redressal Mechanism

As per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and guidelines of the Press Council of India, Vajra Baan has established the following system:

  • Grievance Officer:

  • Procedure:
    1. Complaints must be sent in writing with details of the disputed content.
    2. The grievance officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
    3. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 15 days.
    4. If a correction/removal is required, it will be done promptly.

Legal jurisdiction remains with the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
